Is this the best display I can get with my budget?

Hello, I'm looking for display that meets these criterias 60Hz, 1440p IPS, 23-25 Inch, <=6 ms for around 300$ and I have found this display Dell P2416D - https://www.amazon.com/Dell-P2416D-Monitor-23-8-Inch-Screen/dp/B00ZFFN656/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470295873&sr=8-1&keywords=Dell+P2416D to have really good reviews. Honestly I don't think I can find anything better for that price but since I don't want to have buyers remorse later, I'm consulting with you first. Thank you very much

Dell usually produce decent monitors.
If the monitor is for gaming, a 75Hz or above would be better option.
On the other hand, most modern monitors can be overclocked to some extend. You will be probably able to manually set the refresh to 75 or above.
