I would switch out the PSU for an XFX, Seasonic, or EVGA G2/B2/GS. The Corsair CX is junk. About the cheapest one of those would be this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

The problem with that being once you make that change you're looking at $560 after rebates with everything else you selected. Now, if you can afford that you can actually do a build like this and score a R9 290. It's a reference cooler so it will be kind of loud and hot, but it will game hard.

Your picked PSU CX 430 by corsair is not of good quality,changed it to a 750w by evga,now 750w is a bit overkill,but it's currently at low price,go for it.
Changed GPU from gtx 960 to a r9 380,more vrams and performs a bit better.
