Hello, I was wondering about my setup, and is it the best one I could get for around $1300? I have no idea what cpu should I get, should I get the i3-8350K or a i5-7600K? Also, should I overclock the cpus? I don't really have much knowledge about computer parts, their prices and the best things for a certain price. Thanks in advance!

This is the setup:

you wont need to over clock your cpu, you only do that when your gpu is able to render high frames per second.
1060 is a very good gpu but there will be no need for an OC with either of these 2 on 1080p or higher.

both cpus are good the difference between them is not very noticeable.

Getting this pc in Lithuania(It's where I live) will be around $2000 and I never play games on high resolutions, so I believe a 1060 will be enough. But I might consider the 1070, thanks for the help!

You have a very good list of parts.

some thoughts:

1. 120gb is a bit small for a windows C drive. Many things will default to the C drive.
I would opt for a 240gb ssd.
That will hold the os and a handful of games.
Defer on the hard drive until you actually need space.
If you can go 500gb, you may never need a hard drive at all. That is all I have.
If the price is not too different, I would buy Samsung evo; I think they are a bit more reliable and perform a bit better.

2. On the cpu, I5-8350K is much better than 7600K.
A 4 core processor does not get much love on these forums, but I think it is a very good option if you will overclock.
Few games can make effective use of more than 4 threads.
You will leave some 30% cpu performance on the table if you do not overclock.
Most K processors will oc to near 5.0 levels.
