Is this the correct ISO for Windows 8.1 64bit OEM?

Hey, I am planning on installing Windows via usb for my build. However, the version of Windows I have bought is Windows 8.1 64bit OEM. Will I be able to use this ISO or do I need a special one? If so, what one?

If you want to install Windows 8.1 64bit , on your home built PC, that would be the correct ISO. The link you posted contains all instructions necessary for USB installation

providing you can set it up onto a USB you'll be fine, google installing windows from USB, and you'll be offered an app from MS that takes the iso and preps it for a USB installation

I've ordered it at a local computer store. The reason I was wondering if it would work is because it is the OEM version, but I guess that that does not make a difference then?

From that link, an OEM license may not work to obtain a valid ISO file.
You'll just have to try it.

I know that for the similar Windows 7 function, it does not work for an OEM license.

You'll just have to try it.

I know that for the similar Windows 7 function, it does not work for an OEM license.

Alright, guess I'll just try it then. Luckily not all is lost if it doesn't work, I have an optical drive in another computer that I can temporarily connect to do it the old way. Thanks for the help!

Unlike Win 7 and Win 8, that link will work with OEM keys.
