Possibly, if it comes from the front panel. But we would have to know the exact case to be sure. Normally, the FP LED connector is smaller and goes to the board's FP header.

Thats a SATA power connector. I'm guessing it's connected to a fan controller in your case.

No it doesn't. That SATA connector in the pic is a male end for plugging into a PSU's female SATA connector. Plus, it only has 2 wires.

Yep it's a fan controller. Looks like the OP is using a Phantek Enthoo series case.

You plug a SATA power connector in to it to power a 6port fan controller. If you want to find the front header cables, they look just like the picture I posted.
