Don't buy CM psu, it's only good for cheap, work/office pcs. Specially the masterwatt series has a nasty habit of starting to get noisy under load. I'd opt for one of these, price range is almost same: SeaSonic S12III 650 W, EVGA BR 600 W, Corsair CV 650 W.
Side note, you should rly consider changing that ssd to m.2, you have a slot for it in ur motherboard so no reason to stick to ssd. For 10-15$ more you'll get 4-5 times faster drive with same capacity except for Samsung Evo which is the fastest but priciest at the same time. Look at those: Samsung 970 Evo, Western Digital Blue SN550, ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro, Crucial P1 or P2, Silicon Power A80.

As bad as the Masterwatt psus are, they are still better than all those group regulated psus mentioned above.

The M.2 slot IS Sata or can be NVMe or both, depending on the slot assignment They are the exact same, different form. M.2 does not mean it's 4-5x faster than 2.5" SSD.

Sata6G is @ 5x faster than a 7200rpm HDD. Pcie3.0 NVMe is @ 2x faster than Sata ssd.

The Samsung Evo is not the fastest. The 970 Pro is faster as is any pcie4.0 nvme, and size can also determine speeds. Those SSDs listed are NVMe 3.0.

Tge psu is the heart of a pc, it's responsibility covers everything, everything requires power. Go cheap and budget at your own risk.

The s12III 650 is built by rsy and its quality is on the low side. The corsair CV is just a higher efficiency VS which is group regulated. The BR might be alright, but is still not suitable for any RTX card.
M.2 ssd's are only 4-5x faster in specs, in file transfers they're 2-3x faster and in application they're 1% faster, if that. The crucial p2 is actually a step down from the P1, it is dram-less(I was quite surprised).

Cooler master doesn't make many good psu's, the masterwatt 650 has the specs of something alright, but really shouldn't be used with a rtx anything.
At the minimum, get a cx550, if you can swing a bit more, the antec gold pro is a seasonic focus plus in disguise.
