Please refer to the image at this link. Is the slot (marked with an red arrow) is for RAM? My laptop has 2 GB onboard RAM and doesn't has detachable battery. I'm planning to expand my laptop's RAM to 6 GB by installing a single 4 GB RAM stick (KCP3L16SS8/4). Would this be OK? My laptop's processor Intel N3350 supports maximum 8 GB RAM according to Intel's official page for that processor. My laptop's model is Acer Aspire ES1-132-C5UF. Please suggest any alternative to my mentioned RAM for my laptop if you can.

that is indeed your ramslot, you can add ram as long as it is compatible (ddr3 preferably the same speed as your current ram - but not necessairly)

your laptop supports up to 8 gb of ram
Since my laptop supports maximum 8 GB RAM, then only 4 GB RAM stick would work. Right? Would 8 GB RAM stick work with the onboard 2 GB RAM so that the total memory would be 10 GB?
