hi i have a fx 505 from 2019
i5-9300h and 1650...
never really used this laptop for gaming. maby finished 1 or 2 overall.

question is , my cpu temp is 95© at 100% and GPU is 76© .
i tried to undervolt cpu by 0.135mv and temps drop to 90-92.
i couldn't do so for GPU with mSi afterburner since it won't show any Voltage.

i have a thermal grizzly aeronaut sth sth!
and a deep cool EX750.
i wonder if i should change T.P or not?
also the laptop fans are completely clean !

as long as no thermal throttling takes place, just let it go. The chance to damage it while repasting is higher than getting "better" temperatures (-3K or so).
Tj is 100°C
Get a cooling pad instead, if it bothers you

Repasting is overhyped as a solution.

Your temperatures are fine.

Instead of fiddling with voltages, set balanced performance to 99% max.
See how you do.
your suggestion is about GpU right? i will do that and get back to you with the results.

by the way i forgot to mention my Friend have same laptop model fx 505 but with Ryzen 3700u .
his GPU (same as my GPU) is under 70© and his cpu is 83 ish which is different than mine.

my problem is with noise which is annoying and when i use it surfing, also it get hot on my lap... so i thought maby this solve the problem.

p.s: this thought came to my mind after i reapplied my PC T.P with fresh new one (unknown brand less than 1$ named GY260 with thermal conductivity more than 1.2 as advertised on the cylinder) and my CPU temp droped from 54 to 44 under full load. and 27ish idle.... its an old machine with g4400 cpu)

after 3years paste shouldn´t be a problem
after 5 to 7years like our old PC, it can be helpful

maybe a setting is wrong
did you set the energy management to balanced and not performance or similar?

all drivers up to date?
especially the intel management engine and intel chipset driver
