On today's episode of "why ASD and custom PC builds don't always mix":
I noticed some of my mobo screws don't appear to be totally dead center, most of them I don't care about except for the first picture in this album, it's the bottom left corner. All the standoffs are screwed in, and screwed in properly, and all my PCIe stuff fits fine, everything works perfectly, so conventional wisdom says to not mess with it.

However, I figured I'd ask.

Does this look like a mobo alignment problem or is it best to just leave it be?

You say "first picture" so I assume you refer to the one where I can read "Strix B550" on the motherboard.

Frankly.....I don't see a "tiny screw offset" and I don't see "mobo misalignment".

Not sure what you see.

I guess I'm overlooking something you do see.

These things are not machined to, for instance, automobile engine standards where thousandths of an inch can actually be significant. You're lucky to get 2 or 3 hundredths of an inch.

it's just that some of the solder pads are showing a bit on one side of the screw lip.
