Is this to high temperatures?

I`m going to build a new pc and im kinda new into it, but many people say thhis is to high temperatures but to be honest idk whats good or bad, on pubg for example gpu is on 88 celsius and cpu on 65 celsius (medium settings)

65 Degree for the CPU is good and nothing to worry about.
The 88 Degree on your GPU are a little bit hot but the rx 580 is not a GPU that is known for beeing very cool.

you can add an aditional intake Fan to your case. could help getting more fresh air into your Case and to your GPU
