Question Is this Trident Z Royal using Samsung B-die?

I want to buy some Trident Z Royal 3000 MHz 16GB x 2.

I heard that the trident Z Royal supposedly uses Samsung B-die, but there are also reviews saying that this particular RAM is so cheap they cut corners and actually used Hynix. Is that true?

Not all are B die, only DDR4-3000/3200 C14 is guaranteed B die.
