Question Is this type of configuration possible?

Hello, I am not a technical individual, so the image below is a fundamental concept.

Fundamental Concept

The basic concept is that I can "print" from a computer, but instead of the data being printed onto paper, it electronically gets sent to a server that can then send that file to an NFC-enabled device.
If so, can anyone explain what type of software/hardware would be needed to accomplish this? Could I make a simple version of this configuration using a Raspberry Pi?

Your post seems very much to be a homework question.

Your question may not be homework but there is no way on this end to know the truth of the matter.

What you need to do is to provide what you believe to be the answer(s) regarding software/hardware etc. citing reasons and sources.

Nice diagram: so apply your proposed solutions and incorporate those solutions into the diagram.

Then ask question or change the question(s) that you have regarding the Fundamental Concept.

Key is to show your work.
