An i7 4820k does not pair well with an r9 270x. You should go i5...

Are you looking to build a machine? Or is this pre-built?

Pesonally, if you're going with LGA 2011 socket, you need to get v.3 and get an i7 5820k. Much more powerful.
Also, this machine would be severely lopsided with so much processing power and an R9 270x. For reference I have an i5-4690 and it doesn't bottleneck my crossfired R9 270's. For that kind of power I'd be getting an Nvidia GTX 970 or 980, and 2133 DDR4 RAM.

If you don't want to spend that much money, go down to an i5 processor, such as the 4670 or 4690, and have a balanced machine.

I can go into more detail if you like.

An i7 4820k does not pair well with an r9 270x. You should go i5 4690k and gtx 970. Makes way more sense.
