Question Is this voltage setting safe?

I am using a ryzen 5 3600 and manually changing the clock speed to 4199 and setting voltage to 1.09375.

I'm doing this to fix temperature issues and it worked but I just wanted to know if this can cause issues.

Well I had the same case, i didn't go as extreme but from what I've seen as long as everything boots up and doesn't crash I think you should be fine
