[SOLVED] Is this water cooler good?

Hi,my friend will be buying a ryzen 5 1600AF and possibly the 4.gen ryzen sometime in the future.
Her really really really really wants a water cooler so i went on the site of our local online shop to see whats in stock.
Here is the cheapest 240mm rad which i found,its the DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX L240T red version.
I know 120mm rads are usseless so i avoided them.
Will this AIO be enough?
He is not planing on overclockeing the 4th gen ryzen,maybe just 1600AF in 2 years or so,when it shows its weaknesses.

A 240mm will be enough to cool a Ryzen 5 or Ryzen 7. Just make sure to get one with good reviews.

It's average in performance but usually at a decent price.

Personally, I would put the money toward a better processor like the Ryzen 3600 instead. The 1600AF can potentially be a decent option for the money (depending on how it's priced where you are), but adding a liquid cooler will likely drive it's price up to the level of newer options that would offer superior performance.
