Is this waterblock usable without problems

It looks okay and you should be able to take it apart to make sure. The main section over the CPU area looks good and it would not hurt the CPU if you fitted it and ran a few tests to see what temps you are getting. Make sure you clean and flush it first...

No problems at all..Hopefully it should all be okay...And it will look great and drop temps!

You can probably get by without having to disassemble the block - just run a very basic loop to flush it with loop cleaning solutions or a mixture of water and vinegar for a few hours.
