Is this website accurate

I sell on eBay and would like to know if this website for calculating eBay and PayPal fees is correct. It gives you all the fees that are given from PayPal and eBay while also giving the total money you had earned from your sold item.

Ebay does have forums, and they could probably give you the most correct answer.
