Is this worth 415$?

I would like to know if this is a good price for the parts. This computer will serve for my guest when they come home and we want to lan. It will not run intense single player games.
We play Hots, LoL, WoW etc
Can i find a better deal? Ad say he built it only 1month ago

I would ask to include an SSD just for fast boot times and app's loading up. What is the make and model of the PSU? Is this build off parts lying around at home or are you investing anew? If so, is it based off of PCPartPicker? We might be able to refine the build, perhaps.
