$800 is a tad much, I’d talk them down to $700-$600 if I could.

I would say $500 because the crap PSU would have to be replaced with a good one.

The SSD is a budget model and small.

What’s so bad about that PSU? For those specs it’s perfectly fine. I think I’d offer $700.

You can build that thing new for not much more than $700 or so plus tax, no way I'd pay $700 for it. If you have that much to spend it would be a lot better to build your own or find some slightly older high performance hardware for a better deal.
