Is this worth buying at this price?

I'm in Nova Scotia, Eastern Canada and someone is posting, on Kijiji, a AMD Phenom X3 720 Black Edition 2.8GHz processor with stock heatsink fan and is asking $70 o.b.o. Is that a fair price or what should I offer, in return, if I want to buy it. Thanks for all responses.

It's close to fair, according to ebay pricing. But I would offer him $60 anyway. This cpu has been discontinued for over 2 years. It really depends on what you use your system for. Performance is just average.
