Is this worth buying?

Recently I have been think about upgrading from my old: HP Pavilion p6 computer:

So I found a used computer with the following specs priced at 766£:
Intel i5 6600k
16 gb DDR4 ram Kingston HyperX 8gb DDR4 2133mhz og Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4gb DDR4 2133mhz)
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Motherboard
MSI 980 4gb gaming graphics card
240 gb SDD

So I was wondering if this was a great upgrade before I go out and just buy something.

YES YES YES.
if you want that upgrade, you will be getting a HUGE boost in performance. do it I say. the price is also good.
Do it.

but keep in mind price wiase, if you add 100 to it, you can build one yourself for better user optimization
