Is This Z97 board good for ultra gaming?

Hi there,
I got a new motherboard today, after getting auggestions from our fellow members, a Z97 one.
Its MSI Z97 PC MATE.
Now I got a CPU Haswell i5-4670K.
Please tell me whether I will be able to play Battlefield Hardline, COD AW, Far Cry 4 and Assassins Creed Unity in ULTRA SETTINGS with this motherboard and CPU.
I think Z97 will do it well, but still i'm little confused about MSI Z97 PC mate, it claims several features like Military Class 4 etc.
I just have a question WILL SUCH GAMES RUN IN ULTRA SETTING with these combo?
If yes, then No Problem, and if No, then I also have an option to Replace this Mobo with MSI H97 GAMING 3 (the shopkeeper told me that if u want to return PC mate, he would do an exchange).

If my present combo works great, then I will save some bucks. If no, then another question is SHOULD I DO AN EXCHANGE WITH H97 GAMING 3?
Please help me with this.

Intel i5-4690k
Sapphire HD 7870 2 GB OC edition
Corsair H80i Cooler
Corsair CX-600 PSU
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB
etc.

The motherboard, by itself, doesn't really play into gaming performance. You go with a Z97 motherboard over an H97 motherboard if you want to overclock. You go with a Z97 board over Z87 motherboard for the additional features (more USB 3.0/SATA 6.0 ports etc...). By itself, a motherboard is a motherboard is a motherboard.
