Is TotalRecipeSearch Safe?

Google Chrome is running and extension called TotalRecipeSearch version 12.9.6.9833. My home page has changed and I was wondering is this extension safe? Is my computer infected with malware?

It may just be bloatware. Delete it and run a virus scan to be safe.

Boot in safe mode with networking and goto bleepingcompute.com and downlaod run adwcleaner, roguekiller and malware bytes.
