[SOLVED] Is Tron script good enough to stop Glupteba!ml ?

I downloaded something a few days ago but this morning I left the computer on and received an alert message that the antivirus found this malware Glupteba!ml.
I'm running now the Tron script.I hope it's enough if not..tell me what should I do.
