want to use trustpilot.com to make sure if a website is trustworthy. I see on Trustpilot that there's thousands of user reviews for each website, are most of those reviews from actual human beings or from Ai?

It seems to be a legit source. Still, caution is always warranted.

It's a legit source, but the reviews may not all be genuine. Also bear in mind with any review site, that everyone who had a bad experience will leave a 1-star review, but only a small percentage of those who were fully satisfied will leave any review at all. Thus all review sites are heavily skewed towards the negative end.
