[SOLVED] Is TV capable of streaming 4k from USB?

Tricky to pick a category for this but as it's related to producing images I put it here.
I've got a usb ssd with 4k movies on it, when I try to watch them on my tv its choppy.
KD-55X8505B is the TV. The ssd is an obscure 480gb.
I'm guessing the cpu in the tv isnt up to the task.
What do you think?

I don't see anything specific about frame rate supported by USB, but the resolution of 4K is. There is a supported codec list that might have more info within the i-manual for your set.
