looking to upgrade my gpu when they launch and just wondering if that is enough, I will most likely upgrade my psu when I am upgrading my cpu. Other specs are a 500GB ssd, X470 Gaming Pro Mobo, 16GB ddr4 2400mhz ram, noctua nh-d15

A 3070 has a lower TDP than the 2080Ti. With a 650W PSU you can run a 9900K and 2080Ti so your 2600OC and a 3070 will be fine on a TX650M.
