is unlock safe

Hi I have a HTC one m7 locked to Vodafone (Ireland) I found a website that will give me an Unlock code so I can switch to meteor. The service costs about 15 euro. My question is will this be safe or is it dodgy http://unlockphonenetwork.com

Never heard of that website.

However, the most reliable seems to be http://www.mobileunlocked.com/. I have never personally tried it out though!

Unlocking a phone isn't always illegal - some countries laws differ - but it is uaually at least in breach of the contract you signed when you took it on. Vodafone will probably still want its monthly charge even if you can get another SIM to work in there.
