Is it still worth it to upgrade to i5 3550 and GTX 660 2gb?
or a Ryzen 3 2200G, 8gb ddr4, a320m mobo is fresh and better even without PCIe Graphics?

My PC specs

i3 2100
Asrock h61m-vs3
240gb WD Green SSD
8Gb Kingston PC1333
Asus HD6770 1Gb
Inplay GS450 true rated PSU

Solution
definitely the new Ryzen platform. It is not worth upgrading 8 year old hardware since ur gonna end up ugrading it again in a year or 2 when you see that it doesnt perform well in newer games.
You dont need to upgrade to a new power supply, that is until you decide to buy a GPU.

Plus, with the 2200g when u upgrade to something like 1660,RX 580,u wouldnt need to replace ur CPU.WIth that i5 you would have serious struggles
thank you sir I think it's time for a latest setup then.
actually sir this is a rebuild PC already only the i3 2100 was used from my previous pc,
the motherboard and GPU was a cheap 2nd hand from online but still good and the rest are brand new when I purchased it including the 8gb ddr3 ram
