is using a blower fan on cpu cooler ok?

basically i want to blow the hot air from the cpu directly out the top fan in my desktop, ill be replacing my cpu cooler with something like a 212. i want to put a blower fan on it and point it up towards the fan, my case cooling is limited and slowing down even with a 120mm cooler(there are 2 psu's and a car stereo adding to the mix) i do have a 120mm rear fan but my side panel only allows for a 80mm fan and it defeats the rear fan due to spacing. would it be worth it or just use a regular 212 cooler. ill also be adding a 140mm top fan@67.43cfm regardless of a regular cooler or with a blower

From what I understand that you want to do I would say just use a regular 212 evo. You can actuall rotate the cooler to make the fan blow air out of the top.
