I see ..is there a way i can let the laptop run from the battery while charging?? until i replace it
well a 6.3 amp charging is only providing about 60% of the power of a 9.5amp charger, so yes it'll be slower, and could well cause your problems if it runs from the power brick and not the battery.

What the machine chooses to run from is built-in to the hardware (at least on any machine I've ever dealt with), so no.

Third party power supplies in virtually any output configuration you can think of are available on Amazon, eBay, newegg, etc., at very low cost. You should match your OEM unit as closely as possible, and that would be your best bet whether you're replacing the battery or not.
