Is using air duster to clean a pc safe and good?

so is the air duster safe to use on pc, and is it effective for cleaning?

Yes. Compressed air is commonly used to clean out cases. While it is better to carefully vacuum the dust out, this is a good alternative. Unplug the computer, take it outside, then blow the dust out. It is easier to do with the side panel off...
