Is the judgekeeper on vacation?? Does anyone know his phone number, I
will volunteer to call him. Where is Rick Desper, he is really famous
and knows everybody.

Is the judgekeeper on vacation?? Does anyone know his phone number, I

For the record, I think that he lives in Yugoslavia. In any case, the
judge has now come back on-line.

Also, you should check http://www.diplom.org/openings/openings.html:
it shows the state of the judges which are polled regularly every
hour. If you see one that has a last-response time more than 1 hour
old, it is not responding to mail at the moment (in reality, anything
more than 15 mins is normally suspicious).

If a judge doesnt' respond for a whole 24 hours, then it is marked as
officially down in the list and will stay that way until it replies to
one of the previously sent polls.
