Question Is VS 550 good enough power supply for ryzen 5 2600x and rtx 2070 super?

Hi, I am upgrading my pc with limited budget and I already have corsair vs550. So I was wondering if vs550 is good enough psu for ryzen 5 2600x and rtx 2070 super?

Also can you guys suggest a budget motherboard for this rig.

No. Not at all. Don't touch VS and CX series. Visit tomshardware psu tier list and go for Tier 2 at least
