Here is what I see on the side of the PSU. (ATX-600-W)

AC Input:
Voltage 220V
Current 3A
Frequency 50-60Hz

DC Output:
Orange +3.3V / 35A
Yellow +12V / 25A
Blue -12V / 0.8A
Red +5 / 40A
White -5V / -
Purple +5Vsb / 3A
Black COM / -
Green PS-on / -
Gray PG / -

MAX: 550W / MAX: 600W

I don't know what these mean. Anyone can help?

Currently I'm using A6-3500 APU
RX 560 no 6-pin
4x2 DDR3 1333 RAM
Stock Cooler and 1 fan
SATA 7.2 RPM 500GB

Planning to upgrade to Athlon ii x4 651K. And 1 SSD. Can my PSU handle it?

I've been trying to get my hands on a CX550 but no luck.

How about VS450? Is this any good or at least just to replace my generic psu?

Or any other psu good out there?
Well, it is the bottom of the line for Corsair, but still better than what you have now. Try to find a CV450, one step up from the VS, if you can.

Modern systems power use is on the +12volt rail. Yours is only 25 amps making it effectively a 300 watt power supply and that was when it was new. What it can deliver at this point is highly questionable. Although your upgrade is a minimal increase in power, the PSU is a very old and low quality model and should be replaced asap with a decent quality 550 watt model such as Corsair CX550.

But it still can handle it right? Won't explode or destroy my other parts? Or there's a chance?

I have not been able to get my hands on this Corsair CX550 yet.

But as of now, I'm running with
GA-A55-DS2
Athlon II X4 651K w/ stock cooler
RX 460 No 6-Pin
4x2 Kingston DDR3 4GB 1333Mhz
WD SATA 500GB 7.2K RPM

PSU is ATX-600W Generic Power Supply

Will this do just fine? Here are my current temperatures on idle.

So, a garbagey 300W power supply. Your PC doesn't use much power, so it may not kill your computer. Nor would eating a sandwich you find in the trash, of course. I don't recommend either.
It says that my cpu's TDP is at 100W, but on the cpuid hwmonitor, it says 113W, is that fine? I've been trying understand what TDP means.

If you want to test your power supply (and whole system) stability limits, try running RealBench for 15 minutes. Bear in mind that this will put heavy stresses on most of your components. If they are close to failing this stress test may push them over the edge.

The Corsair Cx550 I mentioned as a replacement PSU, is a minimally acceptable model, as far as I'm concerned. There are far better models depending on your budget. You are now aware of the low quality of your current PSU and the risks associated with using it. Proceed accordingly.
