Is Vulkan Pre-integrated with the graphics drivers?

So yeah guys the tittle says it all

Do i need to have Vulkan installed on my P.C to get the effect of it in my games or is it PRE-integrated in my Nvidia graphics drivers

Vulcan came with one of the newer Nvidia drivers not to long ago.

AMD drivers now come with support as well. See the Release notes here, for example:

Vulkan is no different than OpenGL. of course to play Vulkan based games you need updated driver with Vulkan support.
