Is wicleanup safe?

So my windows installer folder is pretty big for no reason after I updated windows. So I found this wicleanup this and gave it a try, and it says that I can clean up to 10gb from that folder.

So my question is: Is it safe? Should I erase all these "unused" msi and msp files?

Short answer - No.
a Google search of the term gave generally negative results and even the halfway positive ones said use at your own risk, or use with another program.
