I recently bought a Sager np9752 Laptop and I'm trying to determine if my issues are hardware related or just Windows 10 software related. I'm usually Mac OS user and this is my first time dealing with Windows so I'm not really sure what I should expect. Help would be appreciated!

The first issue I experienced was my trackpad and left/right click cutting in and out. It would go out for about 7 or 8 seconds and the start working again. This would happen a few times per day. My two finger scrolling also goes out independently of the trackpad going out. When this happens, my trackpad still works, but the two finger scrolling doesn't work. This also happens a few times per day. I noticed that the Synaptic Driver keeps disappearing from the right side of my task bar (by the clock) whenever the scrolling stops working. The only way to fix it (and for the synaptic icon to return to the task bar thing by the clock) is to restart my computer. I installed the latest driver for Synaptic but it still keeps happening.

My next issue involves File Explorer becoming unresponsive then automatically closing shortly after. It happens 1) randomly and 2) whenever I try renaming a file on an external HDD.

What do you guys think? Should I return this computer or is this stuff Windows 10 related?

Update: I selected for this computer to come preinstalled with Windows 10 64bit.

Well, if you upgraded to Windows 10 from something else it could be a number of issues, there is a lot of people experiencing glitches after updating, but if the computer came with Windows 10 your laptop is likely defective. But like Puff3r said, make sure everything is updated. If the issue persists just return the thing.
