[SOLVED] Is Windows 10 compatible with Crosshair v formula z motherboard ?

I want to go for window 10, but this will be my first time,
Am using Crosshair v formula z motherboard
AMD FX 8150 processor
8 gb ram
Radeon rx 570 4 gb graphics card

Before I install I want to know the necessary steps required for it for smooth function after installatio because my motherboard driver CD I got, it show it was written on it windows 8 Ready only.

Can you please tell me the necessary steps what to do , before I could go for windows 10 for my system Please ??

No problem. Those drivers on the motherboard CD are way out of date anyway.
