I am considering buying a Windows 10 tablet, any suggestions?

Is Windows tablet slower than Android tablet if both devices have same specs? It seems like Windows need more powerful hardware to work smoothly?

They can’t have the same spec as the processors need to be different. For a given price the Android will generally be faster for browsing and apps but the Windows tablet in my opinion has much greater flexibility.

Depends,android is specialized hardware running specialized software so everything that does run runs well,on windows there is all kind of crap software that is often based on hardware from 50 years ago,so there are some things that will run badly.
