i have a Mushkin 256Gb and i want to get a fresh windows, i heard wiping SSD is different and harmful and there is a certain way to do it without harming SSD

Solution

No, wiping it is NOT harmful. Unless you do it every day, twice a day.

But...
If all you're looking for is a clean install of Windows, just delete all the existing partitions when you install.
If you were selling the drive, then a Secure Erase would be in order.

will windows 10 prompt me with option to erase all existing partitions on my current SSD when i start clean windows install?

I agree. Although SSDs have limited write operations before they start to fail, this number is rather high and is difficult to reach unless you're using it for mass storage and rewriting its entire contents almost constantly.

When installing, it will ask you where to install. Just delete all partitions and select the unallocated space. Windows will automatically set up partitions.

As said above, a more secure wiping would be better if you're going to sell it. Especially if you've put personal information on it.

Yes.
