Is wolfdale e6600 3.06ghz compatible with a Benicia-GL8E mobo

My motherboard is an Asus IPIBL-LB (Benicia),(Benicia-GL8E). My current CPU is a Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 2.6ghz, and i am looking to upgrade to a Wolfdale E6600 3.06 ghz, but i cannot find anything that confirms my motherboard will support it. I would appreciate some help as this if my first processor change out and i dont want to screw it up.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 520

windows vista

450 watt power supply

can only afford to spend around $80 and not much more than that

The board supports the 1066MHz system bus on that CPU!
