Question Is wraith stealth cooler noisy

About to get the Ryzen 3600 which comes with a stock cooler which I was initially plan on sticking with. But read alot of comments that the heatsink is bad at cooling and very noisy. Is this the case?

If yes was hoping to get the following heatsink.

Other than handling heat, my priority is to have as much a quiet setup as possible. Please advice if the stock cooler would do or if this after market cooler is a good choice for silence. Thanks.

Stock cooler can be pretty loud at higher temps when it heats up. I don't think that Arctic would be much quieter though. You'd need much bigger one to be really quiet.

Is there a recommended one at a similar price range or maybe plus anothe £10 for budget if this is too low?

Personally I’d try the stock cooler first if all you are worried about is noise. Different cases are better/worse at containing noise and also where you have the pc located will impact how much any noise you can hear. You may find it’s ok for you.
