Is Wraith Stealth good enough to not buy another cooler?

I’m looking on building a midrange PC with a Ryzen 5 2600 cpu and I was wondering if the included cooler (the wraith stealth cooler) was good enough to warrant not buying a third party cooler. I’m not on a super tight budget but I wouldn’t mind squeezing out a few pennies here or there. I’m not planning on overclocking, just playing some games like overwatch. Any answers are be appreciated.

stock cooler is good enough if you are not going to do some heavy tasking that makes the cpu in full load or overclocking

Though I haven't used the stealth I have used the spire and it was a great cooler-especially for a stock one. If you don't overclock and you are basically performing moderate tasks such as light gaming I think you should be fine.
