is XFX TS Series 750W 80 Plus Gold good?

Yeah the 80 plus gold versions are based on the seasonic s12g, which is a tried and true psu and damn good for the price. I linked a review of the 650watt version below if your interested.

Well according to jhonny guru it has a Hong Hua HA1225M12F-Z with a fluid dynamic bearing, certainly not a low quality fan judging from the type of bearing it uses, fluid dynamic is known to be one of the best fan bearings.

If its not a hong hua then its an ADDA which is the same exact fan I have in my seasonic psu. The ADDA fan is lower quality but I have had my psu for about 3 years and I have had no issues with the fan its actually quite quiet.

No not nearly as good as the xfx. The cx uses much lower quality parts such as the Chinese capacitors that are known to degrade quickly. The cx psu's usually perform well out of the box but they dont stay that way for long. Threy are decent for low power office computers but I wouldn't put one in a high end gaming rig. Toms Hardware's psu tier list actually puts the cx on tier 4 the second to lowest, psu's in tier 4 are considered " Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice." The xfx on the other hand lives on tier 2.

A few company's, its just for high end power supplies no matter the make. Some of the corsair AX units, the EVGA G2 models, some of the more expensive xfx units like the XTR, the expensive seasonics like the platinum and X series, etc.
