Is XFX XTR Tier 1 PSU or Tier 2

Now i know that in the PSU tier list it says that XFX XTR is Tier 1, but the thing about it is that the OEM is Seasonic and the board it seems is G2 same for Seasonic G2 PSU's which are Tier 2 here.Does anyone know is this a mistake or is it really Tier 1 PSU ?

I believe the XTR are based on the seasonic S12G which are indeed tier 2 .

Doesn't mean no changes were made to the XTR to better efficiency.

Guru and other reviewers seem to think highly of the XTR series.

If they are good, then they are good. Don't put too much weight on the tiers.
