Is Xilence a good brand

My computer is super slow and bad at gaming so i want to buy a new gaming pc im gonna buy a prebuilt cause i dont have the time to build a pc im looking at computers and alot of them have xilence cpu fans and psu's i looked at other threads about this brand and people say they dont know the brand so i want to know will the xilence psu not explode or anything and will i be able to overclock my cpu with a xilence fan

No OCP, no OTP, likely group regulated due to only 456w on the 12V rail, passive PFC, only one PCIe cable on the 600w model, no 80+ certification, and lacks any professional reviews. Does not look great.

And the cooler, small, 92mm fan (only 44.25CFM), €8 to buy. Also not looking good.

I doubt your PSU + CPU cooler will overclock your CPU far.
Xilence, like be Quiet!, is owned by Listan - a german company. Not sure about the coolers, but they sell some good power supplies like the Xilence Performance A+. As like any PSU brand they also sell some low end PSUs.

You shouldn't buy any component based off brand. Could you mention specific models?
