Im thinking of buying a 2x yruis 8GB RAM 1600mhz, or 1x 8GB and 1x 4GB of the same brand. Is it a good RAM? I got tight budget to buy those HyperX things.

you should upgrade your cpu to remove the freezes in games dual 8gb ram is fine try getting a i5-3570

or if you don't have the money for that you can get a i5-2500 for $32, but 3rd gen is a lot better than 2nd get it has lower power consumption and its 22nm instead of 32nm
