Yeah Christoph's Normandy map is excellent. Its my favorite map with tall
grass. Plus it has these great hedges and knolls and stuff along the road
that make for very exciting and realistic ambushes. The AI also doesn't
fire through the grass unless they are standing up and see part of your body
sticking out of the grass. I have some great WWII missions in the works
for this map including a very fun D-Day 101st Airborne mission with a lot of
very intense and wild combat with P51's providing close air support against
the target town where a couple of Panzers and two platoons of German
infantry (including some nasty MG-42 machine gun nests) are babysitting it.
But the map can be used for modern missions as well.
