ISO in USB What Now?

I have just finished building my first pc with now kink until now. I have a win 10 iso that saved onto a USB. I went into my motherboard's BIOS and set the USB as the primary boot drive and my SSD (which is completely empty) as the secondary. I've read that I need to download Window's Media Creation Tool, yet that reads what my laptop is running.
What do I have to do so that i can configure my USB properly.

Motherboard: MSI z270 Gaming Pro Carbon
CPU: Intel i7-7700

You need extract that iso file into usb, you cant just copy it there. Try using rufus to format your usb flash and extract that iso.

You need to use the tool and create it on a 64 Bit PC or laptop.
